In 1983 Val Rand founded Rand's Hallmark and Gift store in the Hillcrest Shopping Center, the flagship store of what would become a chain of 16 card and gift stores stretching across Chicagoland and its nearby communities. Rand's Hallmark stores carry a wide variety of cards and gifts tailored to fit every occasion you may need, helping the customer express themselves in all situations, from birth to bereavement.
