A.    Rand's Hallmark has been in business for 25 years and currently have 16 locations in and around Chicago. 

Q.    Why did you partner with Lolita Glasses

A.    The Lolita Glasses Collection is a relatively new product line that we carry in our retail stores and have seen tremendous success with.  It is one of the most popular items among our customers and we thought that we could bring more of this wonderful product to everyone through an online store. 

Q.    Do you do custom glasses?

A.    No.  Unfortunately we are unable to produce custom glasses at this time.  We are confident, however, that you will be able to find a glass or accessory to fit your needs amongst our extensive collection.

Q.    What if my glass arrives broken?

A.    We stand firmly behind our product.  If you receive a damaged item, simply let us know and we will pick up the damaged piece and send you a new one.  You can contact us via email on our Contact Page or call us at 815-725-1195

Q.    Do you offer anything other than drinking glasses?

A.    We offer other accessories such as handbags and jewelry from the Lolita Collection as well.  We have the widest selection of Lolita items anywhere.  Be sure to check back frequently as there are ALWAYS new items available.
